Show me your Hawkes

joasakura and I were recently talking about our various Hawkes, which got me thinking it would be fun for us to share our Hawkes! I know there's at least 2 other people who are playing DA2 out there... If you feel like, show me your Hawke(s)! Are you playing f!Hawke or m!Hawke? What's your headcanon for them?
Tiberius is totally my canon Hawke and also my first Hawke. I not so secretly luuuurve him. I played him as mostly sarcastic rogue Hawke, but really nice towards his family and really hostile towards those who hurt his family.
He ended up with Anders, which also ended up stomping on his and my heart pretty badly. (I'd been semi-spoiled but didn't know the extent of what happened.) At the end of the game, I actually had him send Anders away at first--he was pretty angry and did call Anders a murderer--but then agree to run away with him before the final battle.
Mostly, in my mind, he's got a massive, massive blind spot for Anders. He's the type of guy who devil-may-cares through life but then finds something to actually care about and falls too damn hard. He forgave Anders over and over, but I believe that last betrayal hurt him pretty badly. I think he'll keep grinning through but it will take him a long time to be actually happy again.
Tiberius was sort of carried along on the current, as it were, by his love for his friends and his interest in anything dangerous and fun. He definitely didn't decide to be a hero, and just wanted to live it up in Hightown, shacking it up and having pervy times with his crazy mage boyfriend. Probably the crazy is a bit of what he loved. Being responsible is something he avoids, but he can do it.
Visually I started out trying to make this Hawke look like my character Sabin, but when it was clear that wasn't possible, I just tried to make him look a bit slavic or asiatic, but then I couldn't resist the blue eyes. I loooooove dark hair and blue eyes. *swoon*
Lain is... okay
emilytarot and I have been joking about slut!Hawke since the story I wrote, "Frostbite," so on my replay I decided to make slut Hawke a reality. Lain is what came together. Only he's sort of a big mess.
He's a mage, but thus far, he's backed the templars... mostly because he has a thing for Fenris and wants to get on his good side, and he's a bit competitive/rival with Anders. I'm not sure I take Lain all that seriously, since the whole idea with creating him was just to have him sleep with every character in the game before he ends up with that broody elf. He flirts every chance he gets and wishes he could get away with flirting with everyone.
He's starting to come out as kind of selfish. He's charming, and so I'm playing him as a mix of diplomatic and sarcastic/charming Hawke, but in the end so far he's really looked out for himself. Sell out other mages to get the attention off himself--or maybe on himself from the right people? Suuuure. Walk by an ex-werewolf in peril? Why not, Isabela liked it and the werewolf wasn't going to give him blowjobs.
I've considered having him side with the templars in the final battle, but I'm not 100% decided. I'm only on Act I with him and he may well eventually be swayed over into not being such a selfish bastard and letting everyone hang while he gets away. It's not like, as a mage, he could be Viscount--which he'd sooooooo love.
Visually he's kind of a doofus. I mean, he looks a lot prettier than this crappy cell phone picture, kind of like the Beast's human form in Beauty and the Beast (disney). But there is something bro-ish about him.
(Also, why is the mage so BIG compared to the rogue? Next to Lain, Tiberius is a skinnyminny. I mean, he's still buff, but leaner. Lain startled me by showing up a beefcake.)
Actually there's something bro-ish about both my Hawkes. What does that say about me??
