Sleeping was a tremulous thing in Tony Stark's day. It was the worst part, really. Something he dreaded, and put off until last minute. Normally, he was out until just before curfew, before settling into his seat, and continuing his work from earlier in the day.
Well, Tony never claimed to not be a workaholic.
Plus, that way he didn't have to pay attention to Norman when the man finally went to bed, and he was normally able to shuck his clothing, down to the boxers, and slip in quickly. Now, as much as Tony disliked Norman Osborn, he also was more than willing to piss the man off, so he didn't shrink to the furthest spot on the bed from the man, but stretched out, taking up whatever empty space he could, without, of course, touching the man.
