SUMMARY: Hisoka has questions, Katze has an unusual place to answer them.
LOCATION: Level Four Hallway (and elsewhere)
If Tsuzuki needed more time before they acted, it apparently wasn't stopping Hisoka from doing what needed to be done. Quite apparently, in light of the fact that he was walking the hallways of the fourth level with purpose.
(Though he had left a note, even if he hadn't decided to argue the issue with Tsuzuki, and deliberately took no time in thinking of the implications of a consideration so domestic.)
He couldn't take it anymore, all this sitting around and inaction. Muraki was here, and they still didn't know what he was doing. They hadn't yet sussed out his compatriots, though Hisoka was quite sure he knew of one of them now. They had spoken a great deal on the message boards; their interactions more than just suspicious and disturbing.
Muraki had told that man, Katze, he needed someone to 'trust.'
There was no room to allow for doubts anymore. Hisoka needed to know, and he'd always acted just a little bit recklessly when he really wanted something. He never thought it as such himself, of course, but rather a necessity. He had waited until he had an idea as to where he would be able to find him before acting.
He had no illusions as to whether that small bit of prudence negated the rashness of his current course of action, but it was not as if he even thought those sorts of things when he was doing them. Unlike that, however, he was all too aware as he searched that man out that he hadn't really thought this through at all.
There was a reason shinigami worked as partners.
