SUMMARY: Palpatine lures Integra to his room with tea, hoping to find out more about his mysterious roommate. Alucard shows up fashionably late!

A wise insight in not fawning. Integra returned the man's greeting with a nod of her head and the faintest hint of a smile. She took the proffered hand in a firm grip, giving a light shake before letting go. Familiarity wasn't something of which she was fond. Indeed, her carriage and attitude seemed more like that of someone doing business rather than paying a social call. "A pleasure to meet you face-to-face, Palpatine," Integra returned.

Into the room she swept, leaving a small space for Palpatine to close the door before she spoke again. "Very much the same," affirmed Integra in reference to the living quarters. "I'm quite pleased to have the space to myself, though," she mused with a thoughtful tone. "For how long, I wonder." Integra took the chair she'd occupied once before, contemplating Palpatine with a casual sort of curiosity. Certainly, she hadn't expected an older gentleman to get on so well with Alucard. Then again, Alucard was quite old. With age comes a sort of grace and wisdom, perhaps he appreciated that in a companion.
