Avatar Fan Art "Sleepover"

I found this beautiful piece of fan art posted on some Turkish message board that was linked to a few of the screencaps over on my site, iroh.org. Obviously, this piece of fan art does not belong to me. I loved it so much when I saw it that I saved a copy of the file to my hard drive months ago with the intension of sharing it with others. I was hoping someone knew who the artists behind this piece was so I could properly credit him or her for their tremendous efforts.
