Okay, so I took lots of fun pictures on Thanksgiving and I want to share some of the better ones, so here's my loaded Thanksgiving update with pictures. There are more than these, but you'll have to look them up on Facebook if you want to see them. Whee!
So I had to work on Wednesday, meaning we didn't head down to Macon until that night. And I was dead tired, so I fell asleep almost immediately. My parents have a couch-bed now, so we actually had somewhere to sleep! It was extremely weird to be in a trailer park again (my parents had to move...), especially because the inside of the trailer looks exactly the same, but the yard outside is drastically different. But it's not so bad. Definately not a trashy trailer park like the one I grew up in.
So Thursday we did Thanksgiving first at Nanna's. It was pretty good, and I stuffed myself more than full. So full in fact that I couldn't eat again hardly when we did our second Thanksgiving dinner at Granddaddy's. I really love eating, and I have some amazing cooks in my family (HELLO, collard greens!).
And so here's pictures from Thursday!

Friday was Thanksgiving with Ryan's family. I was really scared because I thought it was going to be awkward and uncomfortable (as usual), but I actually had a pretty good time. His oldest brother was there with his wife and kids, and I had fun spending time with them. Not to mention the food here was THE BEST of all three! Holy cow, my mouth is watering just thinking about it. It was a little chaotic with all of the children running around (Ryan's brother has four kids, one of them being autistic, plus his aunt's two kids were running around), and the dogs! Winston wanted to play so bad, but the kids were scared of him (WEIRD, he's the friendliest dog EVER), so he was whiny and barky most of the day.
Pictures from Friday!

Aw, aren't we so cute?
NOT!
And then Saturday we got to visit Baby COLE! Aprill had Cole on Friday, as they had induced labor and then had to do a C-section (SCARY!). He is such a beautiful baby! I got the hospital as soon as I woke up, but I had to wait two hours before they finally brought him out! I am so excited to have more nephews. =)

And then Sunday was our rest/recovery day! We went to the mall and got some small things and then went with my family to get the Christmas tree. My mom and dad got a pretty big one, and Nanna bought me and Ryan a tree and Franki and Richard a tree. I really like our tree! It's still in the process of being decorated, but I'll definately have pictures of that. We had to strap it to our car to get it all the way to Athens, but all was well!

All in all I had a great holiday. I wish it wasn't over, but geez, Christmas is right around the corner! I really enjoyed spending time with my family, even though there were definately some ups and downs (drunken husband, father, and brother-in-law, anyone?). I can't wait to go visit again.
=)
