I remember watching this live on NBC...I think Sandra Bezic said something like, "choreographically, Plushy's program is no where near Evan's" during the SP :/ In retrospect, it looks like they were definitely anticipating Evan to win in Vancouver.

I remember in 2002 Scott Hamilton actually thought Timothy Goebel's LP had a chance at beating Yags's...yeah, really. wtf

lol like how they thought Jeffrey Buttle was gonna win Skate Canada in 2003? Against Plushy's Nijinsky (already omggg) and it skated cleanly compared to Jeffrey's program...nahhhh. No hate against Jbutt tho, I love him C:...but idk if ur on "home soil" I suppose you wouldn't want those stranger benches from else where to rob it from you.

Evan's program was a program designed to milk every piece of the COP for what it was worth. It was smart. If that is what she means by choreographically stronger, then yes I suppose.

I guess. I kinda wanted to suggest to Plushy to do that exact thing, but then he'd be selling himself to the man and I don't want that. ):

haha I don't really want Plushy to be trying to using every card in the book just to get ahead with the COP (he really doesn't need to, and I'd be upset if he felt like he needed it), but I'm not gonna lie when I say I'd prefer if he put more transitions and balletic sort of style choreo into his programs. Which is essentially just me saying = PLEASE, HIRE YURI BACK(with much respect to David lol). But really, whatever Plushy decides to do I know I'd still stan it and love it XD.
