Lots to love in this! Firstly, I love that it's a missing S1 scene. Secondly, the fact that Michael asked Sara how she was feeling was such a telling detail. Thirdly, the full moon story? Wonderful. And that Michael liked the concept of a werewolf to feel closer to his mother. Gah...that's great.

Thanks so much for reading and commenting :) Means a lot to me. I wrote this rather quickly and it's been ages since I've written any fanfic but here we are nonetheless. Feel free to add any pointers, as well!
I think Michael is really one to counter questions and I did feel it was very telling that he'd ask Sara how she was doing. I felt, also, that in Season 1 there was more room for Michael to let Sara know that not everything is as it seems...especially when he's being vulnerable himself. He could have "shown" more of himself without ruining the plan and this was a stolen moment like that for me. But then if I'd get all my wishes they wouldn't be calling it prison break but something else entirely *grins*

Yay! You wrote more fanfiction! I always read your stuff - I hope your PB muse has more up it's sleeve?

This is a lovely missing scene. I love this whole eppy - he's just gorgeous in it and it's nice to read this cozy conversation. I love the story about the moon and the fact that he guessed she liked to be a pirate. Oh and I like the way he turned his head towards her hand when she first put her hand on his shoulder.

Thanks for the feedback!! I didn't know you read my stories :) You know it took me a really long time to -get to it- and start writing. Like I couldn't get the right 'story' in my head but then one evening I sat down and just wrote this and I was pretty happy with it. So who knows what the muse will do next time, huh?

I also loved this eppy :) It pictures Michael and Sara in a very layered yet also intimate way. Wish we had more of these moments on the show!

Thank you! Good that you liked the ending...I wasn't too sure about it. I was afraid it might be too sappy and I didn't want to overdue it, but I did want Sara to leave the prison with a link to Michael AND a smile on her face!
