[Nill is hinted by the communicator, but she doesn't need it to see that something is wrong.

Silently, she walks over to Chihaya and slowly brings herself down until the girl can wrap her arms around him in a hug.

Now it's her turn to be there for him..]

[He's blinded by his tears and doesn't see her coming. When she wraps her arms around him, he tightens up for a moment, startled--then collapses into the hug and sobs quietly.]

[She doesn't act as surprised as he does once she feels his body tense up beneath her arms, simply holding on. Once Chihaya collapses into the hug, however, Nill simply bows her head a little so that it brushes his shoulder, while her arms give a light squeeze.]

[He knows he should stop crying--doesn't want to worry her--but he can't. Pent up grief for days pours out of him. Kamui's death, the sad deaths of strangers, Subaru's anger and grief. After a few minutes, he calms enough to blink the last tears out of his eyes.]

[Nill doesn't mind a bit. Her heart is still aching for much, but... She can't stand to see others in pain, or losing their own hope. That's why, when Chihaya finally looks back up, he'll see her softly smiling back.

Nodding, she retracts one of her arms and uses it to take hold of one of his hands. He's not alone, and somehow... it will all be okay.]
