They're corpses brought back from the dead.

All they want to do is eat people. That's the basics, anyway.

Wait.. eat people? Why would a dead thing want to eat?

Not sure. Zombies are driven by the most basic needs, one of them would be eating.

Their menus include us, and consider brains a fine delicacy. They're easy enough to kill, but when they're in big numbers, it's a hassle.

All I know is how they were created in my world, and how to kill them.

I'd be more than happy to do that. If they bite you, then you could become one of them.

Possibly, these ones aren't from my world, though. They seem aware of their surroundings. The zombies of my world mindlessly walked around, or focused their attention on a potential meal.

Maybe they're something else.. I'm worried about my room mate. He's sick and he keeps going out. What if he runs into one?

Oh.. that makes sense. He's skinny, dark hair--um--he's one of the workers at the Northern Lights.
