So, the baby shower ended up being a semi-success. Only one person that I invited actually showed up, and out of Matt's mom's ten or so invitations three showed and two sent gifts. It ended up being a quaint little family type gathering, we neglected all the games and just sat around eating and chatting. I am surprised that the baby got as much stuff as it did, and the Russian crew is buying stuff for when it actually pops out. That means that it will be well taken care of, and that's good. I finally had the realization that a new human needs lots of crap.
