It's been a looong tiime!
I think Myspace killed LiveJournal. Unfortunately people don't blog as much on myspace so I don't know what's going on with everyone. So I've taken a stand against myspace and thier slutty slutness. Maybe some people still check lj maybe not, I'm here either way.
It's been a LONG time since I've updated this. So, this might be long.
Jordan and I did go and visit his parens, they rawk, his friends are pretty much like my friends are; nerds = D We went around Seattle a couple times, downtown Seattle makes me miss Portsmouth a LOT!
We've both been working a bit, and we're on opposite shifts so we rarely see each other. So to keep me from going insane we bought the game World of Warcraft and have since then become addicted to it, which is good because now I don't drink as much on weekdays = p I definately reccomend anyone who frequently has a lot of time on their hands to check it out. Lets see.. I've gotten pretty damned good at poker I even won a game I took out 11 people and won $260 (woot!) I'm still trying to figure out what I want to go to college for, but I have decided that I'm going to go to school online because well, I already have friends and even though they're hundreds of miles away I don't want to put the energy into making new friends (I'm just so cool I bask in my awesomeness by myself) not to mention I really don't feel like driving an two hours everday to and from school plus working. I'm thinking I either want to go to school to become a high school art teacher *I luved art class* or go and do graphic arts/web design so that I can work from home and also continue to go to school online for something else. I would like to get as much training for as many things I enjoy as possible so that eventually I can just do freelance whatever and refuse whatever jobs I don't want to do and be my own boss. I do still plan on eventually going to beauty school, I know that if Jordan gets sent away on a tour *which will eventually happen before we have kids* I will go home and go through beauty school, which I would go now except that the school here blows donkey cock. So I'm trying to figure out what I'm going to do first, and I'm trying to figure out what online schools are reputable and safe. I'm also thinking of taking courses to be a substitute teacher, real estate agent or tax preparation person. Anything to get myself out of retail/food service. I am going to be job hunting when my mom comes down in two weeks *YAAAAY!!!* I'll be going to all of the cellular carriers trying to get a job with one of them so that all I have to sell is one type of cellular and not 7 types of cellular parts and every other type of electronic known to mankind, that's just too much information to keep recent in your head.
I've now gained 15lbs since getting married and I'm trying to get into the habit of going to the gym atleast 2 times a week but that's not going so well.. but I AM eating better.
Lets see, what else, yet another one of my friends has had a baby, basically leaving me and Beth as the only cool chicks that aren't mothers. Jordan is getting trained right now to be an on base cop, he was all excited yesterday that he got to shoot an M-16.
OOOH! And we bought REAL furniture, it's getting delivered saturday and I cannot wait!!! We got a sofa and a loveseat and both have two recliners in them, we have four recliners!! Now we have to throw out the old futon and poposon chairs and rearrange the living room, but it is so worth it the couch is so comfy, I don't think I'll sleep in my bed for a long long time. Either way my hands are starting to cramp from all this typing so this is where I shall end the update.
