Requirements and Competencies
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field and 7-9 years of IT experience.
Minimum of 5 years of network communications experience with a minimum of 3-4 years Business Analyst experience in network or communications systems.
Working knowledge of CiscoWorks, NetScout Performance Monitor, HP OpenView, Microsoft Operations Manager or system analyzer applications.
Expert skills with programs and projects involving communication protocols, Internet, system management and firewalls.
Demonstrates expertise in business impact analysis of network, communication and security systems.
Strong commitment to improving business processes and developing business strategy.
Demonstrates ability to share technical details effectively and clearly with various audiences.
Project Management experience involving AB breweries and international business offices.
Primary Responsibilities
Work with design teams focused on network, communication and security solutions for the current environment and analyze the business and financial impacts of changes.
Generate tactical implementation schedules for all A-B network, communication and voice facilities and support projects during implementation.
Ensure technical consistency on projects from design through installation.
Work with others across AB to identify and implement technology solutions.
Conduct problem resolution including root cause determination and lead problem resolution.
Utilize cost/benefit analysis, scientific investigation techniques and financial analysis techniques to identify effective and efficient network solutions.
Efficiently apply new (to AB) or high demand network and security technologies to business needs.
