My phone died Sunday evening. My charger won't work. Another bought charger didn't work either. I went to see if I could switch phones but there's too much red tape. So I have a temporary phone for now. It sucks because I am glued to my phone. When I make a call to a friend or fam member, I talk for an hour. Minimum. Now I have about that much time until next week.
BOOOOO.
I'm so addicted and connected to technology that it sickens me sometimes. Well, I'm not as tech addicted as some people I know (no one on my F-list, just so you know) but I am enough that going one day without my cell phone nearly killed me (as in I was so angry I could burst). I guess in a way it is good that I don't have the phone because phone time is greatly minimized. I didn't really realise how much time I spend on the phone. The funny thing is I have only about two or three incoming/outgoing calls a day. But they all have talk times of over an hour.
I love to talk. No surprise there. I was in a worse mood last night and if you can read about
that colourful mood at my xanga. Well anyway. Don't call my usual number since it'll go straight to voicemail. I'll alert you when the phone returns.
In other (tennis) news: TMS Hamburg started this week. Marat's still in (hurrah!). He plays Tomas Berdych tomorrow. Fed, Rafa, and Djoko all play tomorrow. Today's matches have been snooze-ville for me. Apparently Tommy Robredo's match had a bit of drama...I hope they upload it on youtube. And now, one of the Italians (who I fell in love with last week at Rome), Andreas Seppi, is playing my Frenchman Richard Gasquet. Venga and allez!
