PB, if applicable: Who is your character's face? All characters need one, and if they're not portrayed by themselves, they have a PB. If you're playing someone from a movie or TV show, the PB is the actor. Unknown PBs (that is, you don't know the name of the PB) are not allowed. Please name the PB even if the char and PB have the same name.
LJ and Hall: The livejournal and Hall accounts for the character. Just type the name of the journal, unformatted (i.e. without the < lj user= > tag). Please do not say "the one I’m posting from."
The Elephant Room: Do you intend for your character to be a member of TER? This is pending approval.
Photo: Please include a URL for a photo to be used in the contact table. This should be primarily of the PB's face (front facing or close to it), and be 150x150 square.
