So, the parades were cool today. I think I mave have saw that Ben I know from Merrill while I was in that parade. I know he's going to be a banker, and this guy who kinda looked like he may have looked (I haven't seen him in about 2 years, mind you) was in the parade wearing a River Valley Statr Bank shirt, probably on their float or something, I only saw him walking around before the parade and was too chicken to ask him his name. And, of course, I throughly enjoyed wearing my uniform today for our parade. I love marching.

School tommorow. We have this new rule: no backpacks. Only use them for carrying your stuff to and from school, but you can't use them to carry your stuff while your in school. We have the largest high school in the area, no time to go to your locker between every class; so we always use our backpacks. And, on top of that, it's a pain to carry your pans and pencils and calculator and erassers and highliters and whatever else you may need, so it's easy to just throw it in your backpack. You can easily carry half a day's worth of books in there, and all your other stuff, so we live out of our backpacks.
And now, we're not allowed to. It's a retarded rule. And, from what I've heard...no one is going to follow it. The entire football team took a vote and have decided to ignore the rule, and from talking with my own friends it's quite obvious we're all willing to do the same. So, it shall be interesting to see what happens.
Will the students rebel?
Will the teachers give us all detentions?
Will everyone just give up and let us wear our frickin' backpacks!?
