So ends my career as a Bass Sales Associate
I'm done working there (as far as I'm concerned) and I took a lanyard with me, dammit. It was justr a lanyard though, I didn't take one w/ the staff card and keys attached. I just wanted the lanyard for prosperity.
I have a bunch of stuff on hold in the back room. Mom & Dad are going to give me a loan so I can buy my stuff now, get my discount, and then quit on Thursday the moment they hand me my check. And, then I'll basically cash it and give them the money. BUT...I also get a paycheck from Shopko this Friday for training, so that's like, another 12 bucks. Pays for gas.
It was actually kinda fun w/ Jenna and Heather today. It's fine when Jackie's not around. She's the spawn of Satan. Or, perhaps the personification of evil. Or maybe she's Hitler reincarnated.
I need to get a work permit yet.
2 parades tommorow. I should probably check w/ Sara when I have to be ready for the one in Merrill. And then we march in our own Labor Day parade here in town.
Shall be fun.
