Eric [Manager at Shopko] called me twice this morning and once on my cell phone (where he left a message) and...I wasn't here. And, I didn't have my cell phone on. ]
I'm so glad I changed my greeting on my voice mail.
Anyway, I called him back when I got home and he offered me a position in aparel...yay!
I don't work for Jackie anymore!
(well, not technically, but I'm going to work until about the 4th because I need a couple more paychecks so I can do a shopping spree at Bass with my kickass discount before I quit)
I have orientation tommorow at 6pm, and it'll go until around 8pm. I hope I don't have to be in "uniform" for that, I doubt it. And, I hope I get paid; a lot of placed do "paid training", so maybe. And, what does orientation consist of? At Bass, it was Jackie telling Michelle to show me how to use a folding board.
Also...Michelle is on my caller ID. No one was home when she called, but I'd really like to know what she had to say.
