THE MASS RMV ARE THE BIGGEST BUNCH OF TOOLS IMAGINABLE!
couldn't register my car. because i couldn't change my license over. because they said i needed a bill with my new address on it. so i printed out a copy of my phone bill from online with my address on it cause i havent gotten one yet. i go to the registry. fill out all my forms. wait for 45 minutes. and they tell me
"you need your bill to be post marked so we actually know you live there. dont forget the envelope. you cant use this"
so, being me, i lied and told them i only got my bills online.
"oh, well, you have to call them and have them send you a copy on paper with the envelope"
fucking ridiculous.
