long time... sup ya'll
well things over at the new shop are going well, i've been working my way into the the hearts of many slowly but surely... ;)... carl the owner and the rest of the crew are cool peeps just have to wait a lil longer till the sweet custom art starts coming my way, but hey money is money and thats what i want right now... so many future plans and no way of accomplishing them without the funds.
i think i'm starting to see resaults from my working out and *trying* to eat healthy... i say trying cause i was doing so well for the longest time there but then i switched shops and i kinda slipped but no worries after a couple days of eating junk i have got myself back on track with the healthy ways of life again... sorta... lol
the thing is i'm starting to see it in my chin, that lil ring of fat that used to be so prodomidant is slowly starting to fade away which makes me happy, but i still need to buy myself a scale so that i can monitor my wieght, i figure that i will see real sweet resaults in a couple more months... hopefully... on a good tip i ran into an artist Andy that use to work with me at Exotix and he went from 230lbs to 185lbs over 5 months of jogging and healthy eating... that made me feel like its so possible just need to stick to the disciplen habits and all will look good...
and on another tip i think that i'm gonna start playing in a band again soon... its up in the air but i've been talking with the guys that were on drums and bass for KINGMINUS before we broke up and they said that they would like to come and jam again after i asked them to come out... so i'm pretty stoked about that... its been a while and i'm looking forward to getting the music going again i've been throwing some new riffs out in the open lately and they are sounding super rock n roll... i think you peeps will dig it...
