wow, i had forgotten how much anime SUCKS. the fullmoon wo sagashite manga was only half good, and the anime was about half as good as that, so basically i had a life-waster on my hands. is there ANY need to completely change the manga?? especially taking out the only interesting parts?! i liked kagen no tsuki, but i hadnt read the manga.... makes me worried about the NANA movie.

speaking of NANA, i have been a big NANA *freak* this past week. like i said, i went to jackson hole last week.

we went on a friday so of course it was super full, and the place is SMALL so we waited out in the cold for a long time, and then they dont even have seating for 5 so we had to kinda separate >_> but we all got the famous jackson burger and it was SO GOOD. it was pretty small for 500 yen, but it was handmade, they had lettuce, tomato, and onion, sloppy joe, AND the bun was toasted wheat bread! i ate it so quickly *_*; chalo and i have decided we really like the place (i like it minus the country music background...BLECH. and its funn because all the bartenders are young guys in hip-hop clothes...-_^;) and we are going to go back to drink during the day when its not so busy.

hiro and i were sitting at the bar, and we were trying to figure out which one was koichi-san (the 'master' of the bar who shows up in the manga) and there was this one guy ina red shirt who acted like the "leader" and we totally pinned it on him. so then, when we were leaving, "koichi-san" came out to give us all candy as omiyage, and he told me my hat was really cool. i almost died!!! i told him i had bought it here in japan, but its made of rubber.... he was like 'oooh' and came out to touch it. he told me it was cool and looked cute. +_________+ *DEATH* koichi saaaaaan. so we left the restaurant, and i realized i had forgotton my scarf under the bar, and when i went back in to get it, he's all "okaeri!!" and im all "TADAIMA!! *^_^*". he laughs and tells me i should come back sometime. of course, koichi-san! *_*

then the other night, i get an email from hiro and he says he and kris are going to the special NANA cafe thats set up in shibuya. so i join them (see, its all them...im just following along! >_>) and it took forever to find the place cuz its on this super duper small alley in the back of shibuya (and it was raining). the place was pretty cute and super NANA-snazzed up, but they didnt have any of the character desserts left when we got there and it kinda pissed me off >_< i wanted the oosaki nana chocolate mousse cake, and hiro wanted the komatsu nana shortcake but we had to settle for just plain ol cheesecake T_T kris did get the junko matcha chiffon because she can handle azuki though (ugh anko +_+). they didnt allow us to take pictures (stupid) so i snuck this one..

we were sitting at the table made like the one in the pic... the table by the window in their apartment. above the pic it says "707". aw, how cute ^^

see, its super decked out!

ive been obsessed with looking at rooms for rent in harajuku, shibuya, ebisu, and meguro on the net lately. i would LOVE to move out right now. look at this room for rent in ebisu!! it looks SO CUTE-

im trying to find some new furniture stuffs for my room now, and almost died when i saw how expensive it is at normal stores. 1 man for a hollowed out plastic cube?! are they kidding?! i cant wait til ikea comes (next year). i will subject my soul to don quixote. even though they have sketchy labor laws >_>;

and i really need some material to cover these green walls...ah, the lovely wa-shitsu...

edit im really tempted with this one too... http://realestate.homes.co.jp/search/detail/bsg=1/tk=3/b=1027110000099 even though its in kabukicho :X i say its just super benri. and its new. and cheap. and HUGE! ive asked for more information on these and im tempted to go looking just for fun. and i just got done looking through the american ikea online catalogue and i wanna cry...a metal frame loft double bed=124$ vs. a metal frame loft *single* bed=514$ at don quixote.
