Its the weekend!
Thank goodness is all I can say! Its been a very long week...not helped with dislocating my knee cap in bed on Tuesday night in the most bizzare and freaky accidents of the year! I'm so waiting for a freaky accident appeal on Radio so that I can tell my tale of mishap! Anyhows, I'm off to the doctor on Monday morning and fingers crossed I get some free physiotherapy out of the visit...mind you I think I may pay if I don't...if only to check that I've not done any permanent damage and to see if there's any exercises I can do to keep the knee and ligaments strong and supple!
So, today in The Sun Newspaper it was saying the 5 guys and their respective families are all going to rent a huge stately home or country pad in the Midlands somewhere and travel to the stadiums next year via helicopter and private plane! Gosh how the other half live is all I can say...and I hope they will be offsetting their carbon footprint with all that pollution!! LOL But seriously...knowing how Rob gets...knowing the issues that Mark's been through...I can understand why they feel the need to stay in a sane and safe place. It makes sense...it must be horrible living out of a suitcase...not having family and friends around all the time...at least doing this there will be some normality...although some of the kids are at school so I'm wondering how they'll do that...you can't just take kids out of school....so maybe that means the tour will be in the school holidays when its normally great sunny weather...not! LOL
Can't wait for the first airing of The Flood single next Friday around 8am on UK radio...am presuming it will be RAdio One that airs it...but could be any of them...so will keep a listen out for the single....not sure what its going to sound like...but fingers crossed its great! Can't see it being anything other than great...its TT! LOL
