I agree wholeheartedly with Ed Byrne on this one.
I love bed.
Someone set off the fire alarm about 10 mins ago. It was like the biggest, nastiest alarm clock in the world. I was asleep. I was asleep in my nice warm bed. The alarm went off and I reached for my little alarm clock and flicked the switch, not thinking about the fact that my tiny Doctor Who (got-it-off-the-front-of-the-magazine) alarm clock doesn’t make that noise, and certainly isn’t that loud.
Anyway, I’m in bed now typing this, and telling you this because I can’t get back to sleep, and I’m hoping that clearing my mind will help.
I’m going to post this up on the t’internet (if it’s still working. It’s almost as if there’s a guy with a big switch board sitting there laughing maniacally and shouting ‘I control them! I control them all!! And I say only six of them can be online at any one time!!!!’) and then I’m going to stick Russell and Jon’s breakfast show on from Sunday morning and doze whilst I listen.
Just another morning in my house.
