Two things... (or so)
1. For those of you on my flist, but not on galacticconman's VISIT THIS SITE right now! It's great (open it in a new tab this instant) you'll love it, I've already discovered loads of really good music that I didn't know existed. Plus it's really easy to use (point and click, for those of us who are a little lacking in the tech-super-skills dept.) and it looks really groovy!
2. My Friday Five is coming a bit early this week, because I'm going away until monday and I think it highly unlikely that either of my siblings will be able to catch next-door's broadband on their laptops at my Granny's house...
1. What was the last TV show you watched?
That Mitchell and Webb Look (admittedly on tvlinks, but I haven't watched a lot of telly recently). Oh, and before I forget, I'm so so so so so so happy that Big Brother is finally coming to an end. If I make it through tomorrow, which my father tells me is the last day, then I will have successfully gone through the longest (that I can remember) run of BB without having learnt any of their names or watched more of the show than it takes to gather up my book and leave the room. Hooray! I'll have my Daddy back for a bit! (Until the next reality-thing starts up.)
2. What was the last thing you complained about and what was the problem?
My brother has managed to make the bathroom smell of 'boy' (Lynx and shaving foam and 'manly' shower-gel) so I'm having to wait for the smell to clear before I go and have my shower. I also have to wait for the hot water to warm up again.
3. Who was the last person you complimented and what did you say?
My brother again. He looks very smooth/cool in my leather jacket. But he isn't having it (at least not unless I get another one).
4. What was the last thing you threw away?
I threw away some junk mail about an hour ago.
5. What was the last website (besides this one) that you visited?
http://www.musicovery.com or http://www.pplaylist.com/user/6151875 (Both music things.) I'm preoccupied at the mo, because I've been packing my suitcase all morning ready to leave after lunch. I haven't had time to look at any sites that require a lot of thought, and I needed some background music to pack to. I'm currently listening to Birdland by Weather Report (not that I've heard of either of it before).
In other news I'm up to 'Feet of Clay' in my Discworld read. I'm taking Feet of Clay, Hogfather, Jingo and Last Continent with me to Granny Peggy's house, and I hope to finish most of them in the five days (and two really long car journeys) so that when I get back I'll only have nine more books to read before 'Making Money' comes out. Why is it out in September anyway? September is too late for my birthday and too early for christmas. *pout*
See you Monday (unless we get lucky and the computers do work in Weybridge). *wave*

P.S. In case you were wondering, I'm going to stay with my Granny Peggy because my cousin Rachel is marrying her fiance Micheil and we're going to the wedding on Sunday.
