11/11, Ieper: herdenking Eerste Wereldoorlog. Ik ben erbij geweest toen ik in 4 VWO zat als ik me goed herinner.

I would have liked to have gone tramping in the Ardennes and seen animals get blessed, but we just can't work it this Thursday. We have a Thursday afternoon tennis slot for the rest of the winter and we aim to use it.

Antwerp zoo sounds great, and maybe the best Mexican food in Belgium (so far discovered) afterward? How about Sunday the 13th or Saturday the 12th so Peter can join?

I want to go to the Natural History Museum too, although mussels sounds pretty boring. Sure hope there are English translations of things :)

Artisan art and the Aquarium also sound good.

Count me in for Serenity and Harry Potter too.

Nice of the Ex-pat website to put that little newsletter of events together.

Zoo: 12/11 Jan can join, 13/11 he can not, and i don't know if he is interested, but i am. The Halloween speciaal will be over by then, but if it doesn't bother you, we can go! Mexican food also sounds super. Artisan art ans the Liège aquarium can be combined as well, but not on the same day. Maybe later? Problem is i can't plan further ahead than 13/11, as Jan has a lot of tournaments he will or will not attend depending on if he manages to qualify for PT Honohulu.

Is Peter never free this weekend (5-6) Because we only need an afternoon for natural science museum?

Harry Potter: are we going to try to make it on 23/11 or is it best to avoid the masses and go on 24/11 or 25/11?

O, miscalculations here. Artisanart is in Brussels. Well an Artisanart- Natural science museum combi then? And they have WAY more than mussels there don't worry!

How about Saturday November 12 for ZOO, delicious MEXICAN FOOD and MOJITOS at Tropicos!? Maybe we can set a dinner time so people not keen on zoos can join for dinner/drinks? I would like to treat people who feel this might otherwise be too expensive--I can pretend we're in California where excellent Mexican food is the cheapest cuisine available. (I was reading Kaia a story about being homesick for California and wound up bawling. D'oh!)

Peter really is busy all this weekend.

Any time is fine for Harry POtter. Just gotta get a babysitter...quite the challenge lately unless it's on Thursday before 20:30...

I'm up for something (sneak/drink) this thursday.

Not really sure about all the other stuff you summed up.
I'm not a big zoo/circus fan, but i love mexican food/mojito's..

I'm up for sneak. Cannot do (much) foyer because i have to teach french from 20.00 till?? (Depends on how much of his homework my student gets done from me)

I certainly plan to be done by 22.00 so i'd like to sneak. Jan will probably but not completely surely come with us. Ok for you? Let me know something. I suggest we meet at 22.15 in front of the kassa's from kinepolis.
