Numbers are misleading. They are not misleading in the same way that statistics can be misleading by giving a wrong impression about the way they analyse information; no, numbers are misleading in themselves.
Take number “2” for example. It is a low number and two of anything gives an impression of not very many; even two elephants are not a lot of elephants, and two mice are hardly an infestation. Two degrees sounds hardly worth the bother; if the climate is for the next generation of folk who will have to live in it, a mere two degrees warmer than our present climate it hardly seems worth the fuss. The next generation can cope by taking off their pullovers.
Storms and high winds still rage across Britain. They have caught the attention of the news media with the occasional death and a great deal of damage. This is a natural event, although the seeds of it may be sown by the hands of humans.

Deviantart Knowledge is the true wealth, some share it freely, unlike those who share a myth worth nothing on paper promises that don’t exist. The monetary situation is promoting the demise of the whole as far as the 2% gain is concerned, if that 2% stayed in public hands, all the recent theft and fuss would dissapear compleyely, wars would be few and far between.
Speaking of which, four thousand miles away a storm has ravaged the concentration camp that we call Gaza, where people are imprisoned without liberty, where their food and medicine is caught in trade embargoes. The seeds of destruction in Gaza and in Israel are without question sown by the hands of humans... ..well Winter is well 'n' turly here and the polar bears thrive in the cold light of day, so why cannot the human.
