... Though, at a closer glance, there's someone underneath that lump, and it turns out it's just Kairi struggling in about five layers of clothes. At least two sweater/coats which are way too big for her, three scarves engulfing her from the neck up, and a purple fuzzy hat that's tilted haphazardly over one eye. She's currently trying to push the hat up properly, tug a scarf away so she can speak (both with a single hand), and just in general move.
You may see a Terra in the background looking much the same, only not quite as fail as this poor unfortunate islander who's still reeling from Hurricane Big Brother/Shopkeeper Who Does Not Want Small Girls To Freeze. ]

[ Kairi liberates herself from a scarf, giving the camera a glance that's exasperated and bemused. ]
I-I think we're all set for the snow once I lose another two layers! Do people really wear this much in the winter? Sora, Riku, we're heading out to Violet. We're okay, it's just... [ she lowers her voice. ] Terra's really worried about his friend, and I don't want to slow him down. Don't worry-- [ she pats her chest, which makes an odd WHUMPF sound-- yeah, Terra covered her good. ] I'll take good care of him!
