Productivity
Quite a busy social life last week, which makes a change - I saw both McAllisters (separately), and Toni and Dan as well as Paul, so it was a real social whirl.
One person I didn’t see much was Alan, which makes me sad every time this section of the rosta comes around - every 16 weeks Alan has a run of 7 late shifts which means we’re both working flat out with jobs and kids and trying to balance the importance of sleep with the necessity of actually seeing each other occasionally so we always get grumpy around this time. It’s now getting slightly better in that I won’t see him over the weekend for ages, but at least we’ll have the odd evening together.

23/9 - crochet, writing, admin, played Dan at 40k (necrons, lost narrowly)
24/9 - crochet, romantic evening with Alan, writing, admin
25/9 - sewing, tidying, writing, admin, dinner with Dessie, Toni, Dan and Paul
26/9 - crochet (finished Audrey’s purse!), writing, made a badge for Ceri, Only War
27/9 - admin, shopping (bought great boots!), lunch with Toni, Bría and Paul, dvds with Paul, crochet
28/9 - crochet, sewing, went to watch American football, family time with Alan’s mum and stepdad.
