Just when it seemed that I'd have to write an 800 word article based solely on a few box scores, two volleyball players responded to my e-mails, and I was able to rip off something decent to hand in...and now I get to cover basketball in the winter. Good times.

My mom is now fully recovered and just started work again. Good times.
My brother moved to Brooklyn and...GOT A REAL FUCKING JOB HOLY SHIT. He's working for an environmental defense consulting place. So yeah, any one of these things would have made my day, but now I'm just like floating.
