i need to learn how to deal wiht my shit in another way,
i know i have depression so i latley i have gone to food for my comfort....
disgusting.
im still at the same weight,
this summer i want to loose 15-20 pounds.
i dont know my current weight
but before schoool which starts august 11 i need to be there.
today was sickning.
my stomach is hard and full of gross food.
kill me.
