They're all S-rank missing-nins. I don't know about Uchiha Itachi or Sasuke, but they usually take up whatever job that's worth the time. Amongst other things.

I mean, people important to those here. I know Sakura was pretty vocal about what she thought of Itachi. I should be the same way, right? I should hate them too. But if I ever find out they hurt Rin. Or Kakashi. I'd make them regret it.

As far as the Uchiha brothers are concerned, they have attacked and threatened Konoha ninjas before. Therefore, they've been classified as enemies of Konoha. No other way around it.
