Hei guys and gals,
it’s exactly two (in numbers: 2!) years to the day that I saw HIM live. It was a very hot Sunday down in Munich, the mini Festival was hosted by some wannabe-cool pop radio station but nevertheless, the first two rows consisted solely of dark-clad fans that endured all the other preppy bands, dehydration and the blazing sun just for HIM.
Anyway, I guess that most of us suffered at least the same stretch of deprivation, so I find it’s time to take a moment and congratulate ourselves that we still stick around and haven’t given up the hope that there’s something bright at the end of this goddamn long and dark tunnel.
So, just for our delight, I dug out some high quality screenshots from back at the time odetosolitude . com was still online (aeons ago, wasn’t it?) and I was on an internship where I had access to a huuuge monitor. It also was 16:9, so the video was cut at the top and bottom, but hey, it also was 2256x1189…
Oh yes, my loves, that means the pictures are, too, and they are all clickable (don’t ask me how long it took me to figure out how to do that *g*)

He was quite fascinated by my Heartagram-Cam t-w-o years ago (maybe he was also making a bit fun of me, I’m not so sure*g*) but I do feel I should at least know what his name is. Plus, he saved the entire first row from dying of thirst by handing out water, so…
