Two pieces of good news!
First off, I finished the annotated bibliography from HELL in time for class. I apparently broke Word to do it, though, because it took three members of staff from the computer lab to get it to stop numbering the first page as the third. Nobody knows why, exactly, it was insisting on doing this. It was horrible, and I hated every instant, but it turned out well. I'm expecting a good grade on it.
The second piece is much more exciting! Well, to me at least. You might remember way back when I had two visits to the ER when I was uninsured? Well, I applied for financial aid from the hospital, although everybody that helped me with it was really negative about me getting any help because my mother makes too much money. Apparently it didn't matter that I was the who had to pay it. Well, the results finally came through.
They're picking up the entire bill.
THE ENTIRE FUCKING THING. ALL $2000.
HOLY CRAP THIS MIGHT BE THE BEST NEWS I'VE HAD ALL YEAR. I COULD DANCE. HELL, I DID DANCE.
Not even the fact that I have a German test that I haven't studied nearly enough for is enough to dampen my mood.
