Today has been much better. Finally, my luck turns.
It doesn't look like I was bitten by anything poisonous, but I am having a hell of an allergic reaction to it. A lot of my calf is swollen up and itches like fuck, which results in the fun combo of me really wanting to scratch it and wincing in pain when I forget and do. However, my European Military History teacher heard about it and said we could reschedule my midterm on Monday or Tuesday, which is definitely a good thing. It's a low-grade pain mostly, but it's there and very distracting.
But! I had a lovely lovely date with my girlfriend which was only slightly shadowed by the fact that when we put our bookbags down in an area with plants aphids swarmed up on them. That was fairly disgusting. I don't like aphids much.
We also got to see Zac. Which was nice.
So now I'm icing my leg and putting off studying for my German quiz tomorrow. Ah. Life is once again good. :)
