Thought I would put my plot bunny here for any takers.
Chuck/Heroes crossover: Chuck, Sarah and Casey are told by General Beckman to report to the facility(name escapes me) where Nathan Petrelli and his father along with Mohinder were coming up with the formula that gives people powers. All three are injected. Sarah gets the ability of telekenesis, Chuck becomes a master of time and space and Casey becomes a shapeshifter. They don't like what's happened and try to escape. Casey discovers he can shapeshift into animal forms as well as humans and becomes something big enough to break down walls and he and Sarah who were in the same cell/room escape. I was think either elephant or rhino. The guards shoot at Casey and sarah with tranqu darts and overdose Casey who goes down. Chuck then shows up freezes time and takes the now near death Casey and Sarah to Ellies hospital three days or more before they escaped but still while they were gone from LA and there convinces Ellie to help Casey and hide them all while Casey recovers. Casey is overdosed on tranqs which nearly stopped his heart and put him in a coma. That's about as far as I got.
