Oh - I do like the idea of the winter dimensional prison.

Now I want to know whether Vi is still a Slayer... will she need to be... is Erik riding to the rescue... will they be able to round up all the ex-slayers in the prison... and how are you going to wrap it all up in one more chapter?

Another beautifully executed chapter. Others have used such perfect words to describe it - 'original' and 'concise', two things we don't see enough of!

I love the way you move so effortlessly from heartrending - the slayer who is no longer the slayer locked in this prison, to the comic - Xander's assumption that Jennifer slept with a demon. Also loved Xander's natural panic when he thinks he's lost his other eye - the First Slayer switching the eyepatch over shows a streak of maliciousness that goes way beyond ripping hearts out.

Really looking forward and dreading the answer to Viv's question - which is the mark of a great cliffhanger!

PS: I hope you don't mind that I friended you. Every time I read something you've written, I always think how beautifully you write.

Thank you so much! I'm very glad to hear you're enjoying it and want more. (That trick with the eye patch is one of those things you write and then think, "Huh. I'm cleverer than I thought." No idea where it came from, but it seems to work!)
