Bigfoot and Helen question

So glad this community exists. I have a question for you all. This has been bugging me a good long while.
Biggie goes by The Big Guy, Bigfoot or Biggie, right? Does Helen ever call him by any of those names?
I've only ever heard her refer to him as 'Old Friend'. And then sometimes, for example in Hangover, I feel like Helen calls everyone's name except his.
Has anyone else noticed this? Does she actually refer to him by name in an episode perhaps I haven't seen?
