The seitanic cheese steaks were amazing, but definitely not vegan. Although, I bet I could whip up a cheeze sauce using cashews, margarine, and nutritional yeast that would turn out well. I have thought about going vegan, but I am not sure if I really want to. Maybe once we move to a place with more options and better produce/local food.
School starts tomorrow and I am not really ready for it to begin.
I am taking:
Senior Project (a requirement for anth majors, its a year long culmination of your undergrad work posted about it in a previous post).
Contemporary Literature-
Environmental Sociology (taught by a professor who is really into resistance struggles in South America, so should be interesting and right up my alley)
Medieval Political Philosophy
Political Analysis taught by a professor I took last semester who was hilarious without intending to be, in a Ben Stein more liberal sort of way.
Biggest get in the mood killer: the movie Trade. Seriously. I almost feel traumatized having watched it.
