Being a skinnyassmofo for the entirety of my existence, it's quite goddamn depressing how two months of inactivity can lead to the absolute softification of my mid-section. I've actually had to drop a notch on my belts (gah!) and have quitely removed it entirely after large meals (AHHHHH!). Absolutely horrifying.

How did it come to this? 9-weeks ago, i suffered a severe ankle sprain whilst wrapping up a perfect 0-8 basketball season. Imagine full-on jumping and landing on someone's size 15 foot. Good news - it was the last game. That, and i only rolled around screaming like a school girl for about 3 minutes. Bad news - i think the inside of my ankle is shredded beyond repair. Well, no easy repair short of surgery, anyway.

Over the past few weeks, i've gained nearly 8 lbs, which is a lot considering i've only gained a total of 25 lbs since high school. I need to come up with some kind of work-out routine before this sh!t gets out-of-hand. Something that doesn't involve too much impact to my fuxored right ankle.
