13 days to go until Vacation! I am *so* excited. I haven't had a vacation since my honeymoon (well, some people tried to call the time off of work after I had Lydia vacation, but I told them where to stick it).
This will be a busy weekend. We are having a yard sale tomorrow, and we haven't done shit to get ready for it yet, so I'm sure we will be up late tonight pulling everything together and tagging stupid stuff like the curtains that the previous owner left here.
Curtis is reading pretty well now. Everywhere we go he reads signs, sale ads, boxes of cereal, etc. It's really neat to see him growing up and learning so much.
Lydia has finally started making connections between things like socks and feet, brushes and hair, and spoons and food. She crawls like a maniac, only on her feet instead of her knees. She looks like a chubby grasshopper from the rear. OMG - that should be her confirmation name 'Chubby Grasshopper, Child of God'
