OMG, I just spent 56 minutes and 12 seconds on the phone either waiting for someone to talk to me, or talking to someone about this unemployment benefits.
When I started back working at Oasys Mobile, I had no idea what to do. I didn't expect to get unemployment since I was making money, but I kept filing because I didn't want my claim to become "delinquent". Plus, I'm pretty sure when I called the unemployment office before, that someone told me to keep filing. Of course, I didn't realize I would be working with Oasys as long as I have.
Well, after 56 minutes and 12 seconds, all my claim "issues" have been resolved and noted and now I know I don't have to continue filing claims.
