My body bruised, vanquished from that attack. Struggling to breathe. Panicking when Grissom told me that he was going to call my mom - she wouldn’t be proud, she would still call me careless, and I couldn’t deal with that. She wasn’t like Grissom. Grissom was the only person that would help me through this now. I cling to him too much, I know this. He sees me as a son, but I would hope that he would, one day, be my lover.
