Giving it Another Go

What: Kaylee and Owen give civil conversation another try...
She knew she said she would meet Owen in the Lobby but the afternoon sun was calling to her and she wandered outside to wait, leaving one of the large double doors open behind her so that it would be clear where she went. Sitting down on the steps she leaned back, closed her eyes and lifted her face towards the sky enjoying the warmth on her skin.
Trying to keep herself from getting to nervous about her impending meeting, she let her thoughts wander as she soaked in the sun. She really had been spending to much time inside lately, back home the captain had always enouraged the crew to spend time outside in the sun when they were planetside, especially if it had been a long run in the black. He said it was good for the soul and your sanity, Simon had agreed with him be he said it was something about Vitamin D deficiencies. But then thoughts of one doctor led to thoughts of another, which was a reminder of why she was waiting at the nerves starting building again.
