Who: Owen Harper, anyone who's passing
When: Mid-morning
Where: The Conservatory
What: Owen finds somewhere he didn't realise existed.
Not really taking much notice of where he was going, Owen Harper pushed the first door he came to, it was usually the bar (not that he felt like a drink- it was a bit early in the day, even for him).
It had barely cleared the jamb, when he heard running water- jeez something was leaking! Unusual- things tended to get fixed as soon as they broke around here (unless of course the Hotel had a vested interest in them staying the way they were).
Peering cautiously around the door (and half expecting to get hit by a deluge of water), he stared in surprise. A waterfall! A bit more than just a waterfall, more like an oasis, the place was huge, trees stretching up towards... well presumably some kind of glass ceiling, squinting upwards he tried to work out how high it went, then shrugged, the canopy was too thick to tell.
Standing beside the waterfall, he held out his hand, letting the water pour over it. It was strange, it made him think of Cardiff. He'd always avoided the countryside (the smell of grass had always turned his stomach, for some reason), but standing watching the water pouring over the rocks made him suddenly homesick.
