Owen is back but he's having some sort of weird memory problem. The only thing he remembers doing with you is tending a cut on your hand. Can you tell me when that was? I'm trying to get to the bottom of this.

He's missing some of his memories, Sweetie. Including most of the ones about you. I'm looking into it, but I didn't want you to find out the hard way when you ran into him.

That's how I met him.

I cut myself when I was taking apart the Viper, I was going upstairs to take care of it when I found him fighting with the elevator.

So he forgot the entire year?

The Viper? It was that long ago?

I don't know if he's missing all of his memories yet or if it's sporadic. I'll let you know as soon as I know anything. If you do run into him, you can try and jog his memory. Maybe try to remind him of things you did together?
