Writer's Block: Dog Day Afternoon
My favorite thing to do in the summer heat? Well that’s easy, it’s running through sprinklers/swimming/waterslides-anything that has to do with getting wet pretty much, LOL.
Uh… when I was a kid I used to live between a farm and a park in a tiny apartment home. All the kids in the hood would play in the irrigation systems in the summer and canals. I stopped after my dad told there were tapeworms in the canal, a kid fell into a sinkhole at the park and drowned, and that the farmers would let the horses crap in their irrigation systems. However, before I knew all that, I would have tons of fun playing in them. ^_^.
