Balanced and Fair

So you know Fox News: Reporting the news balanced and fair, well today on one of their news shows they interviewed Stephen Colbert, and needless to say he was on fire, making fun of bush for calling an oil exec Mayo and then W said " That sure is a funny name, "hey pass the mayo"". it was real good. this morning i had cake for breakfast except it was noon so i guess it was lunch and i wasn't alone eatig it in a dark room which i realize now is how it kinda sounds but at a brunch with speeches that lasted for two hours!!!! It was really boring but i think i worked out my florida trip while i was there so it wasn't total torture. Last night Anton and I saw batman begins and it was really exceptional. It was so dark. i loved it, a major departture from the george clooney, arnold, and Jim carrey crap of the 1990's, but really intense and beautiful. I know that everyone (mostly Ariel) is raving about christian bale, but my heart lies with Cillian Murphy, you know Jim from 28 days later, which i didn't realize until half way through the movie. He was really good, but i thought that the scarecrow didn't get neary enough screen time, that was disappointing. All and all it was a fine fine film, except i do have one question: correct me if i'm wrong but didn't the first film say that the man who killed bruce's parents later became the joker? well in this one that guy died way before bruce even became batman?????? well let me know. Now i must away to my lawn chair waiting for me in the kitty pool in the back yard.

Edit: oh and i got the new white stripes album, "get behind me satan". It's pretty good but alot more folkey then their past albums. i guess loretta lynn was more of an influence on Jack than vice versa. But it's definatly worth dropping the cash for those classic baseless tunes of jack and meg!!!
