Going to Seattle with Jess today for a week... We signed a lease for a warehouse/studio place we're gonna live in and make art in. It's in Lafayette. pics: http://s67.photobucket.com/albums/h284/acrossthehallphoto/warehouse/
I'm gonna do blacksmithing and photography, Jess is gonna do ceramics and painting, and of course we do the light art together. Our light art has gotten a good bit of attention, we've gotten a few offers for small gallery showings and several photoshoot gigs. pics of our newest stuff here: http://acrossthehall.smugmug.com/gallery/1757645
After Jess Graduates in Biological Engineering at LSU in December we're going to hike the Appalachian trail for at least 3 months, maybe longer. To get away from everything and write and take photos and be alone and plan our lives together.
Pretty much it's me and her from here out... I can't even begin to describe our fun/love/learning/conversations/art/etc. I don't mean to blow off any of my friends... I just don't have time to see you. I have so so much to do, and life is too short. I pretty much have a plan for the next month of my life at all times because i'm such an active person, so if you call me in the middle of the day or the middle of the night to talk or have a drink or to hang out i'm either doing something or about to do something involving my work or my love. Sorry.
