I was thinking about this and got the half-second idea of what it would be like to have a party of chugging soda instead of beers. Imagine if every soda contained the same amount of 'pep' that a beer contains of 'drunk'. After a six-pack of cherry Coke I'd be yammering away and bouncing my knee... after ten I'd be ripping couch cushions apart with my teeth. Instead, after a six-pack of beers I get a little talkative and think all music sounds great and after ten beers I scribble bullshit into notebooks and pretend to not hear things I don't want to hear.
A caffeine hangover would ache.
Also, caffeine is the only addictive and mind-altering drug that is administered to children without regulation.
