It has been a long night. Worked a few hours and hauled ass the entire time, was exhausted by the time I got home. Argued with Adam for a while over parenting stuff which wasn't fun, we disagree quite heartily on some stuff and it irritates me when he engages in pissing contests with a 3 year old. He doesn't see it that way and thinks he's doing

oh honey, i'm sorry you're having a horrid couple of days. i wish i could give you some advice on how to deal with the boys, but i honestly don't know the best way to deal with this kind of a situation. i hope they mellow out a bit...
